TO VIEW AND PRINT:
1. Click on the flyer to the left. Flyer will expand to full screen
2. To tab between the flyer, the singles (page 2) and team (page 3) entry forms, click on the arrows on the left and right of the image (both full screen and one of the left)
3. At the top of the full screen view you have options including Email, Print and Download the flyer and forms.
Print Your Entry(s) and either mail or fax as instructed on the forms.
