IF YOU USE A COMCAST OR RR EMAIL ACCOUNT:
In the past few months we at CSI / BCAPL have noticed serious issues with CSI receiving from or sending to anyone with a COMCAST email address. We contacted COMCAST and have yet to receive from them a logical or consistant response. After more investigation by our IT department, evidently issues with COMCAST are widespread and have been persistant throughout 2010 and continue today.
Below are a few links about the problem and we encourage you to also do an internet search on "Comcast Email Problems".

Due to COMCAST unresolved problems, we highly recommend that you set up a secondary web-based email account. We frequently communicate to our membership about CSI / BCAPL events and notices via email.
For your convenience, below is a link to a review of the top 18 Free web-based email account providers.

Additionally, anyone who uses COMCAST as an email provider will not be able to utilize the new CSI online registration option which is located via the CueSports Tournament System (CTS) (www.ctsondemand.com).
Should you change your email address to a different provider or sign up for a secondary email account that is different from COMCAST, please contact us to update your information in our database. It is the policy at CSI to not sell or share any confidential or personal contact information with third parties.
